The USB-C port can only work on phones/tablets with OTG function. Please make sure your smartphone with OTG function and reversible type-c interface. The other end is USB 3.0 port connecting regular USB devices.
Default format of the drive is exFAT. Different phones may have different requirements for file formats, so format them if necessary. These drives are only compatible with C-Port enabled mobile phones & computers only. While formatting the drive keep a check on the drive format.
